His training experiences include training need analysis, aligning training objectives, creating content and conducting training.

The mission: Bridging the gap

Throughout his tenure in personal development and corporate training, he identified a critical trend that many young individuals enter the workforce with qualifications but lack the essential life skills required to thrive. This "gap" often leads to challenges in leadership, self-confidence, emotional intelligence, and time management, let alone acclimatising and surviving in their work environment.

It is with this that he has now embarked on a journey towards youth development namely teenagers and preteens towards a holistic life skills coaching program. Designed to assist them on becoming more prepared to choose and embark on their further education, careers and their goals.
